Service Charges (subscriptions)

The service of browsing and requesting real estate is provided free of charge to users. However, displaying and publishing properties and receiving requests is offered against a subscription fee. The fee is based on the number of properties displayed. Whoever displays real estate properties on this site is called a seller.

Return Policy

The company will refund the subscription paid back to the seller in the event that he does not obtain the service provided due to a reason related to the company, such as malfunctions related to the service provider that may prevent the subscriber from obtaining the service. The refund amount is only for the duration of the outage.

Intellectual property rights

Other than the content you provide as a seller, under these Terms, the company owns all of the intellectual property rights and materials on this website.

Seller Responsibilities

The United Brokers application provides services to facilitate real estate brokerage work in Egypt. In return, United Brokers requires everyone who offers a property in the market to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Properties

The published property must be available - that is, it can be sold or rented.
In the event that the condition of the property changes, i.e. it has been sold or is no longer available - the seller must immediately withdraw the property from the market or delete it.
The property information must be complete and accurate
The pictures of the property should be clear and not duplicated.
It is not permissible to display personal or offensive images in the pictures of the property, otherwise the publisher will be subject to legal issues.

Orders

The seller has to check daily if there are new orders that have arrived.
When a new request is received - he must contact the requester within a maximum period of 48 hours from the time of creating the request and work to meet the need.

In the event that the seller violates the above responsibilities and multiple complaints or reports are received, the image, property or seller account itself will be blocked from the system. Therefore, we ask all sellers to abide by the terms of the seller's responsibilities to continue to benefit from the services of Brokers United .

There are no guarantees

This website is provided “as is” with all faults, and the company expresses no representations or warranties, of any kind relating to this website or the materials on this website. Also, nothing contained on this website should be considered as advice to you.

LIMITED LIABILITY

Under no circumstances shall the Company, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website whether such liability is under a subscription contract or not.

Compensation

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent the Company from and against any and all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.
