Subscription

Brokers United provides free browsing and searching services to users. However, the service of publishing real estate, receiving requests, downloading property files, and other broker services are provided for a monthly subscription.

Invoices are issued on the 25th of every month. When the invoice is issued, a reminder message appears to the broker on the application pages as in the following image. It is preferable to pay invoices as soon as they are issued, Brokers United gives you until the sixth of the following month to pay.

In the event that the invoice is not paid by the seventh of the month - all of the broker’s accounts will be suspended and all of his published properties will be withdrawn from the market until payment is made. When the dues are paid in full, the accounts are activated and the properties are returned to the market.

Package prices

Brokers United offers a number of packages for all broker usage segments. All Prices are in Egyptian Pounds and do not include any taxes. A 14% value added tax is added to the following prices.

How to calculate the invoice

Brokers United offers a range of packages for most broker's usage segments. Packages start from 5 properties up to 500 properties. The more properties - the higher the bill.

There is a license for a number of users with each package - starting with one user with the first package. If the broker adds a higher number of sellers, a subscription is charged for each seller above the number of users in the broker’s current package.

United Brokers may offer limited time promotions on subscriptions. The discount is calculated on all invoice items.

You can check the subscription fees before the invoice is issued. Go to Settings from the main menu or the button at the bottom of the screen. Then choose the subscription page from the settings. Choose 'estimate subscription fees' - you will see details of the fees required according to the current or new subscription (if you choose to update).

When the invoice is issued, you can view its details by simply clicking on it. The example below is of an invoice of a broker who has 5 properties and 2 sellers, as well as a 25% discount.

Pay the bill

To pay the bill - click on the button to pay the subscription from the bill.

Changed your subscription

Brokers United offers a number of packages for all broker's usage segments. Packages start from 5 properties up to 500 properties. When the package limit is reached - the broker cannot add any additional property or user.

In order for the broker to be able to add any additional property or user above the limit, the subscription must be upgraded to a higher package. Go to Settings from the main menu or the button at the bottom of the screen. Then choose the subscription page.

The broker can modify the subscription upon first registration or before paying the current bill. Just enter the real estate limit or number of users (sellers) required in the subscription update. Then choose Save. A confirmation message will appear

Select: Update. Then the subscription will be modified and the current bill will be modified.

Pay the bill so that the account is not suspended.

What happens when bills are not paid?

Brokers United gives you until the sixth of the month to pay. In the event that the invoice is not paid by the seventh of the month - all of the broker’s accounts will be suspended and all of his published properties will be withdrawn from the market.

When the dues are paid in full, the accounts of all pending sellers are activated and the properties are returned to the market.

When three unpaid invoices accumulate - Brokers United deletes all of the broker’s properties and deactivates the sellers’ accounts.
