The broker properties page enables you to own your real estate portfolio. Adding real estate in the application gives you the following advantages:
- Ease of searching:You can easily find the property by searching for the location, type of property, number of rooms, type of finishing or price in your property portfolio.
- Possibility to advertise:Some of your properties can be selected to list it in the real estate market. In this case, the property is published in the market for any other client or broker to see. Private data such as the detailed address or property owner information is not published - you are the only one who can see it.
- Find clients:Clients or brokers can request any of the properties published in the real estate market. You will receive orders instantly on your mobile phone. To see orders, selectOrdersfrom the bottom menu.
Properties are color-coded according to the state - the published one is light green and the one (unpublished) is petroleum.
Adding and publishing real estate is done by choosing the addition icon “+” from the broker’s real estate screen to open a screen Real estate editor
The broker can have a number of sellers and each of them has his own real estate portfolio. All sellers can see all the properties listed on the broker, but no seller can edit or even see information about another seller's properties. When a seller opens a property for another seller, the property appears as if any property published in the market was opened by a customer. To add sellers, click Here
